OFFERING OF UP TO 20,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD ("MAYBANK") ("MAYBANKC2K")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making.


The MAYBANKC2K is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The MAYBANKC2K is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The MAYBANKC2K is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under MAYBANKC2K are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
