Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 9 July 2025 and 8 October 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd. (“AISB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ("ICAP") had expired on 26 January 2026. Notwithstanding the expiration, AISB and ICAP are in the midst of discussion to extend the MOU.
