(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 14 May 2025, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein) Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 May 2025, 22 September 2025 and 18 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Purchaser (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) have mutually agreed to terminate, revoke and rescind the SSA pursuant to a deed of termination entered into between the Parties on 28 January 2026. Further, the Board has also resolved not to proceed with the Proposed Share Consolidation. Accordingly, the application to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation has been withdrawn on even date.
