The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 4 July 2025, 14 July 2025, 21 July 2025 and 28 July 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Private Placement has lapsed on 27 January 2026. The Company has decided not to place out the Placement Shares and as such the Private Placement is deemed completed on the same date.
