The Board of Directors of KJTS is pleased to announce that KJ Technical Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 26 January 2026 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as “Parties”) to collaborate on the identification, development, bidding, and execution of data centre projects and other infrastructure or building-related projects in Malaysia and other jurisdictions as may be mutually agreed between the Parties in writing, including but not limited to Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore and Turkey.
