Reply to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Query Letter dated 22 January 2026

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 20 January 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) to elaborate on the business of Vibrant;

2) to state the percentage of equity interest in Vibrant held by EKSONS before and after the Proposed Acquisition;

3) to state the basis of arriving at or determining the purchase consideration;

4) to provide justifications for the purchase consideration, including justifications for the premium over the NA of Vibrant;

5) to provide details of the Adjustment, including the formula and basis for the Adjustment;

6) to provide details on “the resolution of liabilities incurred or otherwise by Rusella Teguh Sdn Bhd (“Rusella”) and Viva Paradise Sdn Bhd (“Viva”); and

7) to provide background information on Rusella and Viva.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
