Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 19 December 2025, 2 January 2026 and 12 January 2026 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 20 January 2026 received a press notice from AmInvestment Bank, on behalf of the Offeror and the Ultimate Offeror, informing that as at 20 January 2026, the Offeror and the Ultimate Offeror have received valid acceptances (provided that such acceptance are not, where permitted, subsequently withdrawn), which resulted in the Offeror, the Ultimate Offeror and the PAC holding in aggregate more than 50% of the voting shares in MyTech. Accordingly, the Offer has become unconditional on 20 January 2026 ("Unconditional Date").

In view that the Acceptance Condition has been met before Tuesday, 17 February 2026, being the 46th day from the posting of the Offer Document on Friday, 2 January 2026, the Offer shall remain open for acceptances until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Time) on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, which is at least 14 days from the Unconditional Date.

Holders who wish to accept the Offer are advised to refer to the Offer Document for the details, terms and conditions of the Offer and the procedures for acceptance of the Offer. Holders do not need to take any action if they decide not to accept the Offer.
