Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 and 10.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirement (“Main LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of EKSONS wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 January 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA” or “the Agreement”) with Topaz Blue Sdn. Bhd. (“TBSB”), for the purpose of acquisition of 174,130 ordinary shares and 2,326,858 preference shares in Vibrant Hub Sdn. Bhd. (“VHSB”) for a total consideration of RM6,566,121/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Six Million Five Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand and One Hundred Twenty-One ) (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
