We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TENAGA by way of market making.
The TENAGA-C3Q is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The TENAGA-C3Q is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The TENAGA-C3Q is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025.
The salient terms of the TENAGA-C3Q are set out in the attachment.
