The Board of Directors ("Board") of DNeX is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the Company's existing Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which is expiring on 5 April 2026, for a further period of five (5) years until 5 April 2031, in accordance with the terms of the LTIP By-Laws. This extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders of the Company.
The appropriate notices on the extension will be served to the eligible LTIP grantees in due course.
