(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 27 November 2024 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.) Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 27 November 2024, 13 January 2025, 24 January 2025, 4 March 2025, 17 April 2025, 18 April 2025, 15 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 9 September 2025 and 8 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Citaglobal Property Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sinergi Dayang Sdn Bhd) and Tree Technologies had on 9 January 2026 mutually agreed to extend the period to fulfil the conditions precedent under the conditional sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the Development Land (“SPA”) for a further term of 1 month (i.e. up to 9 February 2026). Save for the above, all the terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged.
