We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 September 2025, 8 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 4 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 10 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 (collectively referred to as the "Announcements"), the circular to shareholders dated 5 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular") and the notice to shareholders dated 11 December 2025 ("Notice").
