Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the offer document dated 28 November 2025 ("Offer Document").

We refer to the Offer Document which sets out the terms and conditions of the Offer, and the press notices dated 17 December 2025, 22 December 2025, 30 December 2025 and 5 January 2026.

We wish to announce that the Company had on 9 January 2026, received a press notice from UOBKH, on behalf of the Offeror and the Joint Ultimate Offerors, informing that the Offeror had on 9 January 2026 posted the notice to the Dissenting Holders (whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of AHB as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 5 January 2026), notifying them of the Offeror's intention to compulsorily acquire any remaining Offer Shares from the Dissenting Holders for which acceptances have not been received pursuant to subsection 222(1) of the CMSA ("Compulsory Acquisition Notice"). 

The compulsory acquisition exercise will be made on the same terms and conditions as set out in the Offer Document or such other terms as the High Court thinks fit, on an application made to it by the Dissenting Holders.

Subject to the provisions of the CMSA, the Offeror shall be registered as the holder of the remaining Offer Shares not already owned by the Offeror:-

(i) after the expiration of 1 month from the date of the Compulsory Acquisition Notice; or

(ii) ​if applicable, after 14 days from the date of posting of the statement of the names and addresses of all other Dissenting Holders, as shown in the Register of Members and/or Record of Depositors, to the Dissenting Holder, upon his/her request, made within 1 month from the date of the Compulsory Acquisition Notice,

whichever is the later.
