We refer to KGB's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 24 November 2025 and 26 November 2025 respectively pursuant to the Special Interim Tax-Exempt Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 (“Special Dividend”).
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of KGB-CR. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of KGB-CR shall remain the same. |
