Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 November 2025 and 11 November 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Taghill (“Board”) wishes to announce that the High Court has directed the parties to complete the filing of the affidavits and submissions, and has further fixed the hearing together with the case management for the Application on 30 March 2026 at 9.00 a.m.
In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to be in effect for SMSB.
Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
