Oversees project governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key duties include:-
- Strategy & Leadership: Define project management strategies, policies, and standards; ensure projects support corporate goals; advise the C-suite; lead project teams and the Project Management Office.
- Project Execution: Oversee planning and delivery across all departments; establish governance; monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; manage risks and ensure cross-departmental coordination.
