Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 December 2025 in relation to the resignation of the External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of BEDI (“Board”) wishes to announce that Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT [201906003682 (LLP0022494-LCA) & AF 0737] (“GT”), have given their Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 24 December 2025, received by the Company on 2 January 2026.
Hence, GT is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company on 2 January 2026 for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
