The change of financial year end from 31 December to 30 June is due to the resignation of the Company's Auditors, and additional time is required for the new Auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Group. BCM Alliance Berhad will hereby apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting for the year 2026 and to lodge the Audited Financial Statement with the Companies Commission of Malaysia accordingly.
