We further refer to the announcement dated 23 December 2025 in relation to the adjournment of the Unitholders’ Meeting.

The Board of Directors of UOA Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (“UOAAM”), the Manager of UOA Real Estate Investment Trust (“UOA REIT”), wishes to announce that on 23 December 2025, the Company received a proposal from a unitholder, requesting for the adjournment of the Unitholders’ Meeting on the grounds that the yield and valuation of the proposed transaction requires further context and information to reach a fully informed decision.

A motion to adjourn the Unitholders’ Meeting was duly proposed and seconded by the Unitholders present. The motion was duly carried by the Unitholders present at the Unitholders’ Meeting.

The Company will make the necessary announcement to the Unitholders in due course to fix the date, time and venue of the adjourned Unitholders’ Meeting.
