The Board of Directors of GREENYIELD wishes to announce that following the lapse of Encik Lalith Shamshir Bin Shamsul's contract as the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer effective 22 December 2025, Mr. Tham Kin Shun has been appointed as the Acting Managing Director of the Company to oversee the Company’s operations with effect from 23 December 2025. Mr. Tham Kin Shun will continue to hold his Executive Director designation while assuming the responsibilities of Acting Managing Director of the Company.
