Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Company’s announcement dated 31 July 2024, 2 August 2024, 11 September 2024, 25 September 2024, 7 October 2024, 29 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 24 March 2025,10 April 2025, 9 December 2025 and 18 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Announcements”).
Reference is made to the announcement dated 9 December 2025 in relation to the application for further extension of time to submit the draft Circular in relation to Proposed Disposal (“Further EOT Application”). On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 19 December 2025, after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, resolved to approve the Further EOT Application.
Accordingly, the Company has been granted an extension of time up to 27 June 2026 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements for the submission of draft Circular in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
