The Company wishes to announce that the concession for maintenance of the Federal Roads within the Central – Eastern Regions, comprising the states of Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan, undertakes by Roadcare (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Roadcare”), a subsidiary of the Company, shall expire on 16 February 2026.  

Pending the Government of Malaysia’s decision on the selection of a company to provide the maintenance works, finalisation of a new concession agreement and to ensure continuity of the maintenance works, Roadcare has entered into an Interim Agreement with the Government on the same terms and conditions of the principal agreement.

The Interim Agreement shall be in force for a period of 12 months commencing from 17 February 2026 and shall expire on 16 February 2027.
