The Board of Directors of Prestar wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Prestar Precision Tube Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200401004690 (643193-X)], Dai Dong Steel Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401002168 (287846-W)], and Prestar Engineering Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401021499 (307178-A)], intend to enter into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Landmark Concord Resorts Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401010374 (296053-A)] for the proposed acquisition of a freehold industrial property measuring approximately 72,356 square feet (extra land 23,357 square feet) located at Serendah Technology Park, Rawang North, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for an indicative purchase consideration of RM17,000,000.00 (“Proposed Acquisition”), subject to the finalisation of terms and condition and upon execution of SPA.
