In accordance with paragraph 3.06 of the Rules, the Board (save for the Interested Directors, namely Tan Sri Dato' Cheng, Dato' Douglas and Wong Kok Kin) wishes to announce that DWA Advisory Sdn Bhd has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the non-interested directors and shareholders of MyTech.
