Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 September 2025, 8 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 4 November 2025, 28 November 2025 and 10 December 2025 (collectively referred to as the "Announcements") and the circular to shareholders dated 5 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that a notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of KDB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the Entitlement Date for the Distribution ("Notice") will be despatched to the shareholders of KDB on 11 December 2025.
