- ORIGINATING SUMMONS AND NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION FROM ANDY LAI WEE YOUNG ("PLAINTIFF") AGAINST THE COMPANY IN RESPECT OF THE POSTPONED EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 4 DECEMBER 2025

1. With regards to the notice of application for injunction filed on 28 November 2025, details of the injunction and whether the injunction is granted.

2. The estimated potential liability to Jentayu Sustainebles group, arising from the Originating Summons.

3. The expected losses, if any arising from the Originating Summons.

4. The financial impact to the group arising from the Originating Summons, in the event the suit prolongs.

5. The steps taken or proposed to be taken by Jentayu Sustainebles in respect of the Originating Summons.
