We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of PCHEM.
The PCHEM-C2C is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The PCHEM-C2C is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 4 December 2025.
The PCHEM-C2C will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
A summary of principal terms of the PCHEM-C2C is set out in Table 1.
