The Board of Directors of InNature Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that Blu Restaurant Sdn. Bhd. (“BRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 1 December 2025 entered into an Addendum to the Development Agreement (“DA”) between BRSB and B&L Operating Limited (“Franchisor”) for the business of establishing and/or operating Burger & Lobster restaurants, for the purpose of revising certain terms and conditions of the DA.
