Mr. Lim Hock Lai started his career with Nagase Japan as a Sales Executive, where he worked for four years. He left Nagase Japan as a Senior Sales Executive and then joined Clariant AG as a Sales Manager, contributing to the company for two years. In September 2008, he joined Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd. as the Business Manager. He was promoted to Sales and Operations Director since 1 July 2013 and is responsible for the overall sales and operations of Spritzer Bhd's bottled water and beverages business.

2. He is also a nephew of Dato' Seri Lim A Heng @ Lim Kok Cheong, the Chairman of the Company and Datin Seri Chua Shok Tim @ Chua Siok Hoon, both of whom are the major shareholders of the Company;
3. He is the brother of Mr Lim Seng Lee, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
