1. INTRODUCTION

GIIB Holdings Berhad (“GIIB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GIIB Rubber Compound Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiff”), had on 27 November 2025, been served with a decision from the Session Court of Kuala Lumpur in the above matter.

The Court had allowed the Defendant’s (Envilab Sdn Bhd) application for Summary Judgment against the Plaintiff.

2. DETAILS OF THE JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Session Court of Kuala Lumpur had on 27 November 2025, allowed the Defendant’s application for Summary Judgment with costs of RM3,000.00 to be paid by the Plaintiff to the Defendant.

The amount claimed in this suit is RM603,801.00, which pertains to the purchase of raw materials.

3. FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL IMPACT

The Company wishes to clarify that the claim amount of RM603,801.00 has already been accrued and expensed in the Company's financial accounts in the relevant previous financial period.

Save for the legal costs of RM3,000.00 awarded by the Court, the Company does not foresee any further material financial impact arising from this Summary Judgment.

4. STEPS TAKEN AND/OR TO BE TAKEN

The Company is in the process of seeking immediate legal advice from its solicitors to consider filing an appeal against the said decision to the High Court.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development in relation to the above matter from time to time.
