We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 8 April 2025, 27 March 2025, 26 March 2025, 3 April 2024, 7 March 2024, 17 January 2024, 15 December 2023, 28 November 2023, 27 October 2023, 18 August 2023, 28 June 2023, 29 March 2023, 8 February 2023, 3 November 2022, 24 June 2022, 10 June 2022, 9 June 2022 and 4 June 2022. The Board of Directors of GIIB (the Board) wishes to inform that further to the Discovery Order on 26 March 2025, the Kuala Lumpur High Court (the Court) has on 28 November 2025, dismissed the plaintiff's application to amend the Statement of Claim. The Court has fixed 22 December 2025 for the commencement of trial. The Board will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to any further material development on the above matter. This announcement is dated 28 November 2025. |
