The Board of Directors of Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty First Annual General Meeting (“21st AGM”) to be convened:-

1. Proposed renewal of existing shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

2. Proposed renewal of authority for share buy-back.

A Circular/Statement to Shareholders in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
