ECOMATE - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of 358,025,834 new ordinary shares in Ecomate Holdings Berhad ("Ecomate Holdings") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing ordinary share in Ecomate Holdings held at 5.00 p.m. on 9 December 2025

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 08 Dec 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 09 Dec 2025
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct  1/2, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct 50.0%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 1/2, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 
Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 09 Dec 2025 with bonus issue of ECOMATE shares, 
any shareholder who is entitled to receive ECOMATE bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his ECOMATE shares arising from the bonus issue 
beginning the Ex-Date (08 Dec 2025).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 ECOMATE shares on cum basis on 05 Dec 2025, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 09 Dec 2025. As a result 
of the bonus issue, an additional of 100 ECOMATE shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 09 Dec 2025 being the Book Closing 
Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 200 ECOMATE shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 08 Dec 2025 onwards.

Remarks 2: 
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 10 December 2025, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.

The share registrar of Ecomate Holdings will issue and despatch notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of Ecomate Holdings within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
