On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the exercise price of the Warrants has been fixed by the Board at RM0.82 per Warrant (“Exercise Price”).

The Exercise Price represents a discount of RM0.0071 or approximately 0.86% to the 5-day adjusted VWAP of Ecomate Holdings Shares up to and including 21 November 2025 (being the market day immediately preceding the date of this announcement) of RM0.8271 (based on the 5-day VWAP of RM1.6542).
