Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 29 May 2025 and 4 September 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd. (“AISB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“PICPA”) had expired on 23 November 2025. Notwithstanding the expiration, AISB and PICPA are in the midst of discussion to extend the MOU.

The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments.
