In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2024, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of SUNCON-C46 will be adjusted as follows: a. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E x [(P - D) / P] b. Adjusted Exercise Price = X x [(P - D) / P] whereby: P = Closing price of SUNCON shares on the last market day on which SUNCON shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis D = RM0.2300, being the Special Dividend per one (1) SUNCON Share X = RM6.2000, being the existing Exercise Price of SUNCON-C46 immediately prior to the Special Dividend E = 6.0000, being the existing Exercise Ratio of SUNCON-C46 immediately prior to the Special Dividend We shall make the announcement on the actual adjustments to SUNCON-C46 on the Last Cum Date (i.e. 16 December 2025). No adjustment shall be made to the Exercise Ratio or the Exercise Price if the adjustment would amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio or the Exercise Price being changed. |
