Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements ("ACE LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of OSKVI wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by OSK Loan Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSKVI in the ordinary course of business during the financial quarter ended 30 September 2025 as set out below:
The loans provided to clients generate interest/profits which improve earnings and shareholders' funds of OSKVI Group.
Attached herewith the information prescribed under Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE LR of Bursa Securities for the financial quarter ended 30 September 2025.
