The Board of Directors of Ibraco ("Board of Directors") wishes to announce that IBRACO had on 19 November 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with NorthBank Specialist Hospital Sdn. Bhd. (“NHSB” or “The Purchaser”) and Kuching Health Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“HMI”) for the disposal of approximately 4.2 acres of vacant land described as Lot 3745 and part of Lot 3743, both of Block 12 Muara Tebas Land District (“the Said Land”) for cash consideration of RM35,400,000.00 only (“Proposed Disposal”).
