The Board of Directors of Majuperak Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 November 2025 filed a Writ of Summons in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Sloane Infinity Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201101003280 / 931418-P) (“Sloane”) and Lee Seng Khoon (NRIC No. 720104-04-5437) (“LSK”), [collectively referred to as “Defendants”] in relation to a legal action initiated by the Company to the Defendants.
The case is registered under the Civil Suit No.WA-22NCC- 732-11/2025.
