We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUNCON by way of market making.
The SUNCON-C52 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The SUNCON-C52 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The SUNCON-C52 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025.
The salient terms of the SUNCON-C52 are set out in the attachment.
