On behalf of the Board of Directors of Rexit ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the establishment of a long-term incentive plan ("LTIP") comprising an employee share option scheme ("Proposed ESOS") and a share grant plan ("Proposed SGP"), of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares in Rexit (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time over the duration of the LTIP for the eligible Directors and employees of Rexit and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiary companies which are dormant) ("Rexit Group" or the "Group") who fulfil the eligibility criteria as set out in the by-laws governing the LTIP ("Proposed LTIP").

Further details of the Proposed LTIP are set out in the attachment enclosed.
