We refer to the previous announcement dated 15 July 2025, 5 August 2025 and 21 August 2025 in relation to the non-compliance with public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the above matter.

On 7 November 2025, the Company has been notified by its substantial shareholder, Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik that he had sold 2,280,000 and 370,000 ordinary shares of LTKM on 5 November 2025 and 6 November 2025 respectively or 1.852% of the total issued share capital of LTKM. This resulted in his shareholding to fall below 5%, i.e. 4.977% and therefore he is no longer a substantial shareholdeer of the Company. Consequently, the Company’s Public Shareholding Spread has increased from 18.330% as at 21 August 2025 to 25.159% as at 7 November 2025. Accordingly in compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements, the Breach has been rectified.
