(Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the announcement made on 12 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed Diversification.)

Pursuant to Rule 9.32 of the Listing Requirements, SCBUILD/0109 is required to submit the draft circular or document to Bursa Securities or issue the circular or document as the case may be, in accordance with the Listing Requirements as soon as possible and in any event not later than 2 months from the date of the announcement or the date the last approval necessary for the corporate proposal is obtained from the relevant authority, whichever is the later. In this respect, the Company is required to submit the draft Circular in relation to the Proposed Diversification on or before 11 November 2025.

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time to submit the draft Circular in relation to the Proposed Diversification.
