The Board of Directors of Rexit (“Board”) wishes to announce that Rexit Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("RSSB") had, on 31 October 2025, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Auxano Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB” or “the Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of a 3-storey shoplot located at No. 42, Jalan BM 1/2, Taman Bukit Mayang Emas, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor erected on the Individual Title H.S. (D) 54900, PT 11808, Mukim Sungai Buloh, District of Petaling, State of Selangor, together with the Fixtures and Fittings described in the SPA (“the said Property”), for a total cash consideration of RM7,800,000 (“Disposal Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
