We refer to the announcements dated 14 October 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of GIAB, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board of GIAB (save for the Interested Director) has, on 31 October 2025, deliberated on the contents of the SCR Offer Letter after taking into consideration the advice of the Independent Adviser and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR based on the terms of the SCR Offer Letter to the Disinterested Shareholders for their consideration and approval at a forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of GIAB.
