The Board of Directors of Sanichi (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 October 2025 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Encik Rosli Bin Azad Khan (“RAK” or “Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal by the Company (“Vendor”) its 100% equity interest in Sanichi Property Sdn Bhd (“SPSB”) for a total sale consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Thousand (“RM500,000.00”) only subject to the terms and conditions contained in the SSA (“Proposed Disposal”).
Sanichi Property Sdn Bhd (“SPSB”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“the Vendor”).
Upon completion of the disposal, SPSB shall cease as the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
