(We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 September 2025 and 29 September 2025 in relation to the Proposals and the announcement dated 8 October 2025 in relation to the Extension of Time. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, via its letter dated 29 October 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 13 April 2026 to accommodate the completion of the Proposed Distribution and Proposed Delisting as announced by the Company on 23 September 2025.

The Extension of Time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of KDB and to de-list the Company in the event the Company fails to complete the Proposals by 13 April 2026.

Upon occurrence of the above, Bursa Securities may suspend the trading of the listed securities of KDB on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and may de-list the Company, subject to the Company's right to appeal against the delisting.
