The Board of Directors of JAKS wishes to announce that the last date and time for the exercise of the Company’s Warrants 2020/2025 is Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 5.00 p.m. ("Expiry Date").
Holders of the Company’s Warrants 2020/2025 should note that the Company’s Warrants 2020/2025 which are not exercised by the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable after the Expiry Date.
Warrant Holders has been notified on 17 October 2025 and may refer to the Notice of expiry of the Warrants 2020/2025 uploaded on the Company's website at http://www.jaks.com.my/investors.php.
