The Board of Directors of  Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“Rohas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd, a 86.8% owned subsidiary of Rohas, had on 10 October 2025 received a letter of acceptance (“Letter of Acceptance”)  issued by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) for a tender submitted to perform contract works for the 275KV bulk supply (data center) in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Takzim (interim supply) (“Project”).The offered contract sum for the Project is Ringgit Malaysia Twenty- Eight Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Five and Sen Sixty-Six Sen Only (RM28,666,905.66), exclusive of the prevailing sales and service tax.
