The Board of Directors of CEKD (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Sharp Die Cutting Mould Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 198901010422 (187724-P)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of CEKD, had on 10 October 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Maxvic Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 200301016407 (618827-X)] (“Vendor”) for the acquisition of all that piece of leasehold land of 99 years lease expiring on 11 December 2096 held under individual title Pajakan Negeri 17183, Lot 40245, Mukim Sungai Buloh, in the district of Petaling, state of Selangor in an area measuring approximately 4,045 square metres (“Land”) together with a factory and extension made to the factory erected thereon bearing postal address 8, Jalan Utarid U5/13, Seksyen U5, Shah Alam, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor (collectively referred to as “Property”) for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million (RM15,000,000.00) only to be satisfied entirely by cash (“Purchase Consideration”) (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
